{"id":9450,"date":"2025-06-22T19:37:16","date_gmt":"2025-06-23T00:37:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=9450"},"modified":"2025-06-22T19:37:16","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T00:37:16","slug":"breve-historia-de-la-radio-y-television-estatal-de-guerrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=9450","title":{"rendered":"Breve historia de la radio y televisi\u00f3n estatal de Guerrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Carlos Ortiz Moreno<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1589 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Fotografia-Carlos-Ortiz-Moreno.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Fotografia-Carlos-Ortiz-Moreno.jpg 274w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Fotografia-Carlos-Ortiz-Moreno-270x300.jpg 270w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Durante el gobierno de Rub\u00e9n Figueroa Figueroa, en 1976, se hizo el primer intento para realizar un noticiero oficial, transmitido por la v\u00eda radiof\u00f3nica, para intentar competir con aquellos noticieros informativos de las estaciones XEBB, conducido por Edmundo Montiel, y la XECI, que conduc\u00eda tempranito Roberto Barajas Morales, ambos en Acapulco, mientras en Chilpancingo imperaba la XELI.<\/p>\n<p>Los pioneros de ese intento fueron Bella Hern\u00e1ndez Felizardo, como directora de prensa (hoy Direcci\u00f3n General de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social), adem\u00e1s de los periodistas Arturo Parra Z\u00fa\u00f1iga y Carlos Ortiz Ortiz. Para generar la se\u00f1al, se habilit\u00f3 una cabina justamente en el viejo palacio de gobierno (hoy Palacio de Cultura) en el cuarto piso donde estaba la oficina de prensa.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente en el gobierno de Alejandro Cervantes Delgado, Hermilo Castorena Noriega ahond\u00f3 en el esfuerzo por consolidar el proyecto de tener un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n oficial con el pueblo guerrerense. El periodista y locutor choc\u00f3 con el \u00edmpetu y protagonismo del hermano del propio gobernador.<\/p>\n<p>Arturo Cervantes Delgado se le meti\u00f3 la idea de encabezar ese proyecto e hizo a un lado a Castorena, quien present\u00f3 su renuncia al gobernador. Castorena Noriega fue sustituido por Jes\u00fas Ter\u00e1n Perezvargas.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que ahora son las oficinas de la Secretar\u00eda de Cultura en Acapulco, entonces llamado Fondo Nacional Para las Actividades Sociales (organismo creado por el presidente Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez Portillo para desarrollar las actividades culturales en todos los estados), se cre\u00f3 una oficina para lo que ser\u00eda Radio Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>Ya antes, Arturo Cervantes Delgado hab\u00eda logrado convencer a Figueroa Figueroa de crear la entonces Televisi\u00f3n Educativa de Guerrero que inici\u00f3 en la capital del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ado de un grupo de so\u00f1adores, entre los que se hicieron presentes Jorge Arraiga Gardu\u00f1o, exintegrante de los guardias presidenciales y egresado de la Escuela Superior de Transmisiones del Ej\u00e9rcito, Arturo Cervantes inici\u00f3 la proyecci\u00f3n de lo que posteriormente se llamar\u00eda Radio Guerrero. Ahora contaba con el apoyo de su hermano el gobernador.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el decano periodista H\u00e9ctor Contreras Organista, uno de los part\u00edcipes del proyecto de lo que ahora es RTG, siendo candidato a gobernador Cervantes Delgado se interes\u00f3 mucho en la radio porque con ello se alcanzaba la penetraci\u00f3n de los mensajes que quer\u00eda dar a los guerrerenses. En una entrevista con la XELI se le meti\u00f3 esa idea.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, se compr\u00f3 en la frontera un equipo transmisor viejo y da\u00f1ado, se repar\u00f3 y se comenz\u00f3 a utilizar para sacar la se\u00f1al del entonces Radio Guerrero. Debido a que el equipo era anticuado y carec\u00eda de herramientas m\u00e1s modernas, durante la transmisi\u00f3n de la programaci\u00f3n se escuchaba mucho ruido. La tropa period\u00edstica y el p\u00fablico en general bautiz\u00f3 al proyecto como \u201cradio ruidero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por instancias (por no decir \u00f3rdenes) del propio gobernador del Estado, Radio Guerrero debi\u00f3 de iniciar operaciones en la capital de este agreste territorio suriano. Su primera transmisi\u00f3n a nivel estatal fue el segundo informe de gobierno de Alejandro Cervantes Delgado, le\u00eddo en aquel hist\u00f3rico Hotel Jacarandas de la capital del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed anunci\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n decretada de Radio Guerrero, organismo dependiente del Poder Ejecutivo. Seg\u00fan la historia oficial del organismo, su primera emisora fue XEGRO-AM 870 en Chilpancingo. En 1986 se construy\u00f3 el XEGRC-AM 820 en Coyuca de Catal\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, Jos\u00e9 Francisco Ruiz Massieu, el 26 de junio de 1987, fusiona los servicios de televisi\u00f3n y radio para consolidarse en un solo organismo estatal llamado desde entonces Radio y Televisi\u00f3n de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>Lo dem\u00e1s, es historia ya
