{"id":9279,"date":"2025-06-03T02:05:37","date_gmt":"2025-06-03T07:05:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=9279"},"modified":"2025-06-03T02:05:37","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T07:05:37","slug":"enfoque-29","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=9279","title":{"rendered":"Enfoque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Carlos D\u00edaz Figueroa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>En una elecci\u00f3n antidemocr\u00e1tica se obtuvo entre 5 a13 millones de votos<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mientras que la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum estim\u00f3 como hist\u00f3rica la elecci\u00f3n del domingo al asegurar casi 13 millones de votos en las urnas, otros calculan alrededor de 5 millones de sufragios en una jornada antidemocr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>En reacciones encontradas, se comparti\u00f3 lo muy grave para el pa\u00eds que el Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n quede en una sola l\u00ednea pol\u00edtica, de lo que efectivamente fue desde el inicio del debate legislativo para aprobar la reforma judicial.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada electoral fue calificada como hist\u00f3rica y bueno lo crucial es muestra de una elecci\u00f3n sin incidentes ni precedentes con resultados de total fracaso a\u00fan con 5 o 13 millones de votos, seg\u00fan, en la opini\u00f3n en coincidencia en la ciudadana.<\/p>\n<p>No se trata de descalificar los errores que se dieron desde la apertura del proceso y la elecci\u00f3n, pero lo que no se puede dejar de se\u00f1alar es el estimado que el gobierno de M\u00e9xico aseguraba con una votaci\u00f3n superior a lo que se obtuvo.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, la decepci\u00f3n convertida en fracaso es producto no de la reforma, sino de las formas a modo en una elecci\u00f3n planchada y comprometida en cientos de recomendados para ocupar espacios de jueces y magistrados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVine a votar por quienes me convencieron, no por quien me dijeron que votara. Eso me parece fundamental\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3, el exgobernador H\u00e9ctor Astudillo Flores, al recordar que la reforma judicial gener\u00f3 resistencias y divisiones claras.<\/p>\n<p>Ciudadanos opinaron que a\u00fan con las formas antidemocr\u00e1tica para elegir a los nuevos representantes del Poder Judicial, salieron a votar por una decisi\u00f3n consciente y razonable con los que re\u00fanen perfiles con experiencia y trayectoria.<\/p>\n<p>A manera que la elecci\u00f3n no terminar\u00e1 con la votaci\u00f3n de este domingo, toda vez que habr\u00e1 un receso de varios d\u00edas en un entorno complejo, tanto en lo jur\u00eddico como en lo pol\u00edtico y medi\u00e1tico, en una calificaci\u00f3n planchada a modo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Carlos
