Hist\u00f3rica elecci\u00f3n a modo de supuesta transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Desde el inicio de la reforma enviada a las c\u00e1maras legislativas para el cambio de jueces y magistrados, la elecci\u00f3n del domingo ten\u00eda un fondo de tr\u00e1mite para elegir a quienes a modo deber\u00edan ocupar tales espacios judiciales.<\/p>\n

Y efectivamente se fue a votar lo que ya estaba planchado a favor de los cientos recomendados que, en breve, ser\u00e1n los nuevos representantes en el Poder Judicial en los estados del pa\u00eds, bajo un proceso electivo de tr\u00e1mite y simulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Hay quienes despu\u00e9s de emitir el voto coincidieron en opiniones encontradas que la elecci\u00f3n del domingo es un acto hist\u00f3rico de cambio y de real transformaci\u00f3n en elegir en las urnas a perfiles con experiencia y trayectoria en materia judicial.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, otros comparten que la elecci\u00f3n es origen de un fondo a capricho por el actual r\u00e9gimen que \u00abpor todo y por nada\u00bb no coincide con las formas de oportunismo que anteriormente se conformaron los poderes judiciales del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

La elecci\u00f3n llamada crucial fue una actividad sin incidencias ni precedentes con una med\u00eda participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y actores pol\u00edticos entre alcaldes, diputados y la gobernadora entre otros para ejercer el derecho del voto ciudadano.<\/p>\n

\u00abNo se puede ser c\u00f3mplice de lo mismo, por eso, la iniciativa de reforma con el cambio de jueces y magistrados tiene su contenido y su fondo\u00bb, fue algo propio de los mismos que honran al legado de la cuarta y del segundo piso de la transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

No obstante que adversarios y ciudadanos en com\u00fan con la 4T se\u00f1alaron que no se oponen a los verdaderos cambios en la naci\u00f3n, pero de lo que no comparten, es la direcci\u00f3n y el sentido lo que realmente significa una elecci\u00f3n \u00abdemocr\u00e1tica\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Es decir, que antes de la elecci\u00f3n de este domingo se percibe que era m\u00e1s que una decisi\u00f3n de ejercer el derecho del voto, que el curso de un tr\u00e1mite desde que fue elaborada la iniciativa de reforma para renovar los poderes judiciales.<\/p>\n

\u00abSi bien es cierto que en M\u00e9xico se respira democracia y una transformaci\u00f3n de fondo y propia, esperemos resultados a corto plazo\u00bb fue otro mensaje a conciencia quienes opinaron en referencia a la llamada elecci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n

\u00abSolo que no se utilice esta elecci\u00f3n para que ma\u00f1ana se diga que gan\u00f3 la democracia porque no todos compartimos lo que es a modo y a capricho desde un r\u00e9gimen que a\u00fan todav\u00eda tiene muchos pendientes con la naci\u00f3n\u00bb, advirtieron a concluir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
