{"id":918,"date":"2021-07-16T15:37:55","date_gmt":"2021-07-16T20:37:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=918"},"modified":"2021-07-16T15:37:55","modified_gmt":"2021-07-16T20:37:55","slug":"restituye-un-juez-a-derbez-en-la-universidad-de-las-americas-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=918","title":{"rendered":"Restituye un juez a Derbez en la Universidad de las Am\u00e9ricas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.-<\/strong> El Juzgado Tercero de Distrito en Materia de Amparo Civil, Administrativa y de Trabajos y Juicios Federales orden\u00f3 la restituci\u00f3n del Patronato de la Universidad de las Am\u00e9ricas Puebla, a cargo de Margarita Jenkins Landa, reconoci\u00f3 como rector a Luis Ernesto Derbez y mandat\u00f3 la devoluci\u00f3n de las instalaciones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEsta sentencia revierte de manera definitiva y clara, y ordena la restituci\u00f3n inmediata con todos los derechos no s\u00f3lo de los patronos de la Fundaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de las Am\u00e9ricas Puebla, tambi\u00e9n ordena el retorno de las instalaciones, del campus y de las cuentas bancarias de nuestra instituci\u00f3n a quienes las ten\u00edamos antes de la fecha del 29 de junio, d\u00eda de la invasi\u00f3n armada de nuestra instituci\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo Derbez.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abAl obtener esta sentencia, quiero dejar en claro lo que he venido diciendo a todo lo largo de mis intervenciones: yo creo en el Estado de Derecho, yo creo en el sistema judicial mexicano, yo creo por lo tanto que el camino correcto para la recuperaci\u00f3n y el proceso de nuestro campus, es sin duda, la parte legal, la parte jur\u00eddica. No creo en intervenciones armadas, no creo en agresiones\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El 29 de junio pasado, el campus de dicha instituci\u00f3n fue tomado con orden judicial por un nuevo patronato que acus\u00f3 al exsecretario de Relaciones Exteriores y de Econom\u00eda durante el sexenio de Vicente Fox de delincuencia organizada y lavado de dinero, y en el fuero com\u00fan, por administraci\u00f3n fraudulenta.<br \/>\nApenas el lunes 12 de julio el nuevo patronato nombr\u00f3 al pol\u00edtico experredista Armando R\u00edos Piter como el nuevo rector interino de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El Patronato impuesto por la Admistraci\u00f3n de Miguel Barbosa puede impugnar la suspensi\u00f3n provisional concedida hoy mediante queja ante un tribunal colegiado del Sexto Circuito, que tendr\u00e1
