D\u00edaz Figueroa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Evelyn Salgado en coordinaci\u00f3n con el ambicioso programa de vivienda para Guerrero<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La construcci\u00f3n de viviendas dirigidas a la poblaci\u00f3n en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza moderada y extrema es la coordinaci\u00f3n directa de ambici\u00f3n y beneficio de la Federaci\u00f3n en la gesti\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n propia en la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el Censo de Poblaci\u00f3n y Vivienda 2020 del INEGI, Guerrero cuenta con una poblaci\u00f3n de 3,540,685 habitantes, y seg\u00fan datos del Coneval, el 66.4% de ellos vive en situaci\u00f3n de pobreza, y el 25.5% en pobreza extrema.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que Guerrero representa alrededor del 4.22% de pobreza a nivel nacional, lo que nos da una estimaci\u00f3n de al menos 46,420 viviendas que deber\u00eda recibir el estado, si se act\u00faa con base en criterios de justicia social y proporcionalidad.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien es cierto que existen otros factores a considerar, el gobierno federal deber\u00e1 responder, toda vez que Guerrero fue uno de los estados que m\u00e1s firmemente respald\u00f3 por la continuidad, por lo que merece una atenci\u00f3n de beneficio prioritaria.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello, la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado debe llevar a cabo gestiones concretas en una asignaci\u00f3n justa y proporcional, multidisciplinario de absoluta confianza que est\u00e9 identificando en esquemas de desarrollo de reactivaci\u00f3n en vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>De lo contrario, se puede correr el riesgo de que esta oportunidad hist\u00f3rica se desperdicie por falta de visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y voluntad ejecutiva en este programa que se traduce por diversas formas de causas y razones en la justicia social.<\/p>\n<p>La historia nos exige no repetir errores, cuando se reubicaron damnificados, se adquirieron terrenos inviables fuera de los pol\u00edgonos de desarrollo urbano, como el caso del fraccionamiento \u2018El Mirador\u2019 en el municipio de Chilpancingo.<\/p>\n<p>Las viviendas de tal asentamiento en la capital fueron construidas, con materiales tra\u00eddos desde Atitalaquia, Hidalgo, fueron mal dise\u00f1adas, mal ejecutadas y son, hasta la fecha, inhabitables durante la temporada de lluvias.<\/p>\n<p>De tal manera, que la gobernadora de Guerrero y dado muestra de innovaci\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica lo que este nuevo esfuerzo nacional garantizar\u00e1 su gobierno que no se repita en modelos fallidos y con riesgos en dicha construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A lo referente, la mandataria estatal est\u00e1 obligada en dise\u00f1ar una estrategia de planificaci\u00f3n que evite que se a\u00edsle y condene a la poblaci\u00f3n a una vida m\u00e1s costosa y precaria, como hoy ocurre con quienes viven en El Mirador en Chilpancingo.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de los instrumentos de obras p\u00fablicas se tendr\u00e1 que cuidar los controles para asegurar que este programa deje desarrollo local y no marginaci\u00f3n disfrazada de vivienda, de lo que por derecho le corresponde a los m\u00e1s
