\u00a1El Plan M\u00e9xico! \u00bfUn proyecto de buenas intenciones?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

El pasado 3 de abril, la Presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo dio a conocer 18 programas y acciones que integran el Plan M\u00e9xico, con los que \u2013de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n- se busca enfrentar o disminuir los costos de los aranceles impuestos por el presidente de los Estados Unidos de Norteam\u00e9rica, Donald Trump y se busca fortalecer la econom\u00eda a nivel nacional y blindar el bienestar de todos los mexicanos.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl Plan M\u00e9xico \u2013se subraya- tiene el objetivo de fortalecer el mercado interno y el salario; aumentar la soberan\u00eda alimentaria y energ\u00e9tica; incrementar la producci\u00f3n nacional; disminuir importaciones de pa\u00edses con los que no se tiene tratado; y fortalecer los programas para el bienestar\u201d.<\/p>\n

Y sin ninguna duda que se debe de reconocer y aplaudir el inter\u00e9s que se muestra con ese tipo de iniciativas, que si tuvieran todas las condiciones a su favor de seguro se alcanzar\u00edan todas las metas previstas por el deseo presidencial.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, la realidad que se vive en M\u00e9xico, en las 32 entidades federativas del pa\u00eds incluyendo la CDMX, rompe con las buenas intenciones y esas iniciativas se circunscriben en los marcos de la utop\u00eda, porque los proyectos se bordan en telares que se sostienen con alfileres.<\/p>\n

Y \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 decimos esto? Bueno, porque quienes elaboraron los 18 programas y acciones del Plan M\u00e9xico, no tomaron, o no est\u00e1n tomando en cuenta, la dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n que se vive en el pa\u00eds por la inseguridad y la violencia que se enfrenta.<\/p>\n

Porque, por ejemplo, en los 18 programas y acciones del Plan M\u00e9xico no se hace ning\u00fan tipo de menci\u00f3n a la violencia y a la inseguridad que se padece en M\u00e9xico, a lo largo y ancho del pa\u00eds, ni de las medidas que se pudieran aplicar para resolver dicha problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n

En este sentido, la violencia y la inseguridad en M\u00e9xico son los principales elementos que impiden o bloquean todas las iniciativas que busquen impulsar el desarrollo integral de M\u00e9xico, sobre todo, por el control territorial del que hacen gala los grupos del crimen organizado.<\/p>\n

Y para apuntalar lo que se\u00f1alamos, enumeramos los programas y acciones del Plan M\u00e9xico: 1.- Ampliar la producci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, 2.- Ampliar la autosuficiencia alimentaria, 3.- Acelerar los proyectos de obra p\u00fablica para 2025, 4.- Acelerar la construcci\u00f3n de vivienda y cr\u00e9ditos, 5.- Fortalecer y ampliar la fabricaci\u00f3n nacional para el mercado interno de bienes y consumo, 6.- Fortalecer y ampliar fabricaci\u00f3n nacional del mercado interno de veh\u00edculos, 7.- Aumentar la producci\u00f3n nacional de la industria farmac\u00e9utica y de equipos m\u00e9dicos, 8.- Aumentar la producci\u00f3n de industria petroqu\u00edmica y fertilizante, 9.- Aumentar el contenido nacional de obras p\u00fablicas, 10.- Aumentar la venta de productos nacionales en tiendas de autoservicio, 11.- Acelerar el portafolio de inversiones en M\u00e9xico, 12.- La publicaci\u00f3n de la licitaci\u00f3n de 15 polos de bienestar, 13.- Crear al menos 100 mil nuevos empleos, 14.- Dar financiamiento a micro y peque\u00f1as empresas, 15.- Mayor inversi\u00f3n para investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica, simplificaci\u00f3n para registro de patentes, 16.- Renovar permanentemente el paquete contra la inflaci\u00f3n de la canasta b\u00e1sica, 17.- Mantener el aumento al salario m\u00ednimo, 18.- Garantizar y ampliar los programas de bienestar.<\/p>\n

Y si hacemos el recuento de los 18 programas y acciones del Plan M\u00e9xico, lo hicimos con la intenci\u00f3n de encontrar los elementos sustantivos que permitan superar los principales problemas que se enfrentar\u00e1n para sacar adelante ese proyecto que busca fortalecer la econom\u00eda y el bienestar de todos los mexicanos.<\/p>\n

Pero no, la inseguridad y la violencia que se padece en el pa\u00eds no fueron tomados en cuenta para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Plan M\u00e9xico y si se est\u00e1 proyectando la participaci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n extranjera y la privada nacional para impulsar algunos de sus 18 programas y acciones que se contemplan en dicha iniciativa, pues parece que no va a resultar f\u00e1cil consolidar la participaci\u00f3n de dichos inversionistas.<\/p>\n

Y a la par de la inseguridad y la violencia que provocan los grupos del crimen organizado, a lo largo y ancho del pa\u00eds, los inversionistas extranjeros y locales no miran con buenos ojos las reformas que se est\u00e1n impulsando al Poder Judicial en M\u00e9xico, porque se est\u00e1 generando incertidumbre jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n

Por lo anterior, parece que el Plan M\u00e9xico est\u00e1 sostenido con alfileres y primero tendr\u00e1 que sortear los da\u00f1os y los costos econ\u00f3micos de los aranceles que est\u00e1 imponiendo el Presidente de los Estados Unidos de Norteam\u00e9rica, Donald Trump, al pa\u00eds y al resto del mundo\u2026Veremos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
