Puebla, Pue.-<\/strong> La Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de las Am\u00e9ricas Puebla (UDLAP), a trav\u00e9s de su red social todav\u00eda a cargo de las antiguas autoridades lideradas por Luis Ernesto Derbez, aseguraron que el nombramiento de Armando R\u00edos Piter como nuevo Rector es improcedente.<\/p>\n

En un comunicado, la UDLAP afirm\u00f3 que dicho nombramiento viol\u00f3 varias cl\u00e1usulas establecidas en el estatuto org\u00e1nico de la instituci\u00f3n, como que los candidatos a Rector ser\u00e1n seleccionados por el Consejo Empresarial mediante la creaci\u00f3n de un comit\u00e9 de b\u00fasqueda.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, que en el art\u00edculo 11 se establece que es posible nombrar un nuevo Rector interino en coordinaci\u00f3n con ese Consejo Empresarial de la Instituci\u00f3n, y que esto no ser\u00e1 por un plazo mayor a un a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

\u00abToda vez el incumplimiento de dichas cl\u00e1usulas resulta improcedente el nombramiento del Sr. Armando R\u00edos Piter dado que el proceso de designaci\u00f3n no ha cumplido con la normatividad vigente\u00bb, estableci\u00f3 la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
