{"id":6655,"date":"2024-06-29T13:22:33","date_gmt":"2024-06-29T18:22:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=6655"},"modified":"2024-06-29T13:22:33","modified_gmt":"2024-06-29T18:22:33","slug":"presenta-evelyn-programa-de-ordenamiento-territorial-de-guerrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=6655","title":{"rendered":"Presenta Evelyn programa de ordenamiento territorial de Guerrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En un hecho hist\u00f3rico y sin precedentes, la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda present\u00f3 el Programa de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano del Estado de Guerrero (POTDUEG) que significa un avance significativo en la planeaci\u00f3n estatal y que no se hab\u00eda realizado en m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os para sentar las bases para el crecimiento ordenado del estado de Guerrero para los pr\u00f3ximos 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Fundamentado en el marco jur\u00eddico y como estrategia del Plan Estatal de Desarrollo 2022-2027 \u00abTransformando Guerrero\u00bb, y vinculado a criterios nacionales e internacionales, como los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), la gobernadora destac\u00f3 que tener ciudades y municipios m\u00e1s incluyentes permite mejorar las condiciones de vida de todas las familias.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6656\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve1-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve1-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve1-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve1-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve1.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En su mensaje, la mandataria estatal subray\u00f3 que el desarrollo urbano y el espacio p\u00fablico son indispensables para el bienestar y la justicia social. Por ello, en el \u00abA\u00f1o de las Obras\u00bb, el gobierno realiza acciones debidamente planeadas en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEstamos entregando obras en todas las regiones y municipios del estado. El recurso es del pueblo y tiene que regresar al pueblo en programas sociales y obras con planeaci\u00f3n. Estamos en la ruta de la construcci\u00f3n de un sistema de Planeaci\u00f3n Territorial, Desarrollo Urbano y Metropolitano del estado de Guerrero\u00bb, indic\u00f3 la gobernadora.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6657\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve4-1024x688.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"688\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve4-1024x688.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve4-300x202.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve4-768x516.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve4.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Para dar cumplimiento a las normas establecidas y como resultado de las reformas a la Ley N\u00famero 790 de Asentamientos Humanos, Evelyn Salgado tom\u00f3 protesta al Consejo del Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano del Estado de Guerrero ampliado.<\/p>\n<p>La gobernadora mencion\u00f3 que, en el pasado, en Guerrero se constru\u00eda donde no se deb\u00eda y que la corrupci\u00f3n ha sido la madre de todos los males, permitiendo la emisi\u00f3n de muchas licencias indebidas. Ahora, se est\u00e1 cambiando la reglamentaci\u00f3n en coordinaci\u00f3n con los gobiernos municipales, gracias a un diagn\u00f3stico que cumple con todas las necesidades actuales de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-6659\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve6-1024x839.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"839\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve6-1024x839.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve6-300x246.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve6-768x629.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/eve6.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la secretaria de Desarrollo Urbano, Obras P\u00fablicas y Ordenamiento Territorial, Irene Jim\u00e9nez Montiel, destac\u00f3 que despu\u00e9s de 43 a\u00f1os se cuenta con este programa de planeaci\u00f3n del territorio estatal en todas sus escalas, respondiendo a las realidades que vive la entidad. As\u00ed, se inicia la implementaci\u00f3n, control y seguimiento del desarrollo urbano y ordenamiento territorial con la participaci\u00f3n de todos los sectores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el evento estuvieron presentes el senador F\u00e9lix Salgado Macedonio; el director General de Ordenamiento Territorial de SEDATU, V\u00edctor Hugo Hofmann Aguirre; el secretario de Planeaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Regional, Ren\u00e9 Vargas Pineda; el subsecretario de Desarrollo Urbano y Ordenamiento Territorial, Francisco Javier Romero P\u00e9rez, as\u00ed como Francisco Javier Cabrera Bentancur, presidente del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico Ciudadano del Consejo Ciudadano de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano del Estado de Guerrero, adem\u00e1s de presidentes y presidentas municipales, entre
