No son los que dictan en el imperio de sus necesidades e intereses los destinos de la poblaci\u00f3n que cedi\u00f3 su soberan\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de los aparatos instituidos por los reg\u00edmenes pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p>En esta conceptualizaci\u00f3n tiene que circunscribirse la praxis pol\u00edtica para que mujeres y hombres de todas las edades puedan acceder a niveles de vida dignos, toda vez que seguir por el derrotero del ocultamiento, autoritarismo y corrupci\u00f3n en que se ha convertido la pr\u00e1ctica de hacer pol\u00edtica, hay condena de caer en los \u00e1mbitos de la miseria y la ignorancia que denigran la calidad del ser humano.<\/p>\n<p>Los gobiernos tienen que ajustarse a los requerimientos sociales y no viceversa, pues si los gobernantes siguen defendiendo los intereses de las clases hegem\u00f3nicas y la raz\u00f3n del Estado, la sociedad seguir\u00e1 condenada a la recepci\u00f3n de inflada que afectan la calidad de vida, que pone en el s\u00f3tano del olvido los valores y principios de justicia y equidad, impidiendo que surja un desarrollo con crecimiento no solamente en lo material, sino en lo mental y espiritual del Hombre.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, la pol\u00edtica es una arena mercadol\u00f3gica d\u00f3nde instituciones, partidos, l\u00edderes, candidatos, gobernantes, legisladores y jueces hacen uso de las potestades legales conferidas por la poblaci\u00f3n para enga\u00f1ar y sustraer lo que no es suyo de origen y por ello, lanzan discursos, promesas y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas son sentido para la sociedad, pero si con alto valor para los poseedores del control socioecon\u00f3mico son tener contrapesos.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, es imprescindible hacer uso de la legitimidad de interiorizar que el voto es un veh\u00edculo que no s\u00f3lo pone, sino que tambi\u00e9n quita a los representantes la capacidad de hacer lo que m\u00e1s les conviene.<\/p>\n<p>Y esto debe ponerse en pr\u00e1ctica a trav\u00e9s de una participaci\u00f3n activa que deje ver el descontento, la frustraci\u00f3n, el enojo, pero tambi\u00e9n las ganas de construir estadios de vida m\u00e1s sanos donde no contin\u00fae habiendo miserias de todo tipo, a fin de que las proyecciones a futuro sean consolidados sobre la base social y no por encima de ella.<\/p>\n<p>Basta ya de opacidad&#8230; Basta ya de poner todo en el claroscuro de la seguridad nacional y el bien com\u00fan como concepto etereo, pues todo tiene un principio y fin social que pertenece a cada uno de los integrantes de la sociedad&#8230; Al fin y al
