{"id":3594,"date":"2022-04-13T07:02:36","date_gmt":"2022-04-13T12:02:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=3594"},"modified":"2022-04-13T07:02:36","modified_gmt":"2022-04-13T12:02:36","slug":"aprueba-congreso-ley-777-sin-simulacion-sanchez-esquivel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=3594","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Congreso Ley 777 sin simulaci\u00f3n: S\u00e1nchez Esquivel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>* Refrendan diputados su compromiso con lo mandatado por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n respecto a la Consulta a pueblos ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Chilpancingo, Gro.,- El Congreso de Guerrero decidi\u00f3 aprobar la Ley de Seguridad P\u00fablica (777) sin transgredir el mandato de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n en lo relativo a los pueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos, encorchetando los art\u00edculos de dicha ley que tienen que ver con estos sectores, cuyo proceso de consulta a\u00fan sigue su curso.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo manifest\u00f3 el diputado Alfredo S\u00e1nchez Esquivel, presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que esto representa una acci\u00f3n responsable de la LXIII Legislatura, ya que con ello no se deja en estado de indefensi\u00f3n a las polic\u00edas municipales y estatales, y a la vez tampoco se trastocan los derechos de los pueblos originarios y afrodescendientes, refrendando el compromiso del Poder Legislativo con el cumplimiento de los est\u00e1ndares internacionales y con lo mandatado por la Corte.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que el cumplimiento de las leyes 777, como en su momento se har\u00e1 con la 701 y el Art\u00edculo 14 Constitucional, se tiene que hacer con estricto apego a lo que est\u00e1n opinando los pueblos originarios y afromexicanos, lo cual no se puede incluir en estos momentos porque sigue llegando la informaci\u00f3n a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados del proceso de Consulta, adem\u00e1s de que hay algunos grupos que est\u00e1n solicitando m\u00e1s tiempo para analizar y hacer llegar sus opiniones.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, S\u00e1nchez Esquivel dijo que ello es la mejor prueba de que no hay simulaci\u00f3n. \u201cNosotros queremos cumplir bien, y la forma de hacerlo es informando que estamos en v\u00edas de cumplimiento; cumplir mal ser\u00eda informar que hemos terminado cuando no es as\u00ed, porque sigue llegando informaci\u00f3n\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El l\u00edder del Congreso rechaz\u00f3 las voces fatalistas que s\u00f3lo buscan descalificar la labor del Legislativo y sugerir que los diputados ser\u00edan sancionados por no cumplir con los tiempos marcados por la SCJN.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNosotros estamos cumpliendo. El Poder Legislativo es responsable de su actuar, no simula, y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de verse como que muchos diputados buscan salvaguardar su integridad en lo individual, no es as\u00ed; es ser responsables en nuestras funciones espec\u00edficas, y es el caso que, al tener esta informaci\u00f3n hasta el d\u00eda de hoy, tomamos la decisi\u00f3n responsable de aprobar \u00fanicamente la Ley de Seguridad P\u00fablica, sin que con eso se transgreda lo se\u00f1alado por la SCJN en materia de pueblos originarios y afromexicanos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3
