{"id":3565,"date":"2022-03-30T20:31:07","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T02:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=3565"},"modified":"2022-03-30T20:31:07","modified_gmt":"2022-03-31T02:31:07","slug":"atrapan-en-jalisco-a-operador-delictivo-del-cida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=3565","title":{"rendered":"Atrapan en Jalisco a operador delictivo del CIDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro.-<\/strong> Abner No\u00e9 \u00abN\u00bb, alias \u00abEl Traumado\u00bb, considerado como uno de los objetivos prioritarios en 2022, fue detenido en Tonal\u00e1, Jalisco, como probable responsable de homicidio calificado y vinculado al grupo delictivo el CIDA y \u00abLos Magnos Acevedo\u00bb, que operan en diversas colonias de Acapulco.<\/p>\n<p>Tras investigaci\u00f3n de inteligencia, se arm\u00f3 un operativo de captura para cumplimentar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n entre la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena), Coordinaci\u00f3n Nacional Antisecuestro (Conase), Guardia Nacional, Fiscal\u00eda Especializada Contra el Secuestro en Guerrero y la Unidad Especializada Contra el Secuestro de Jalisco.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la indagatoria, el 14 de mayo de 2017 la v\u00edctima se encontraba con dos personas del sexo femenino, en la colonia La F\u00e1brica, que al escuchar disparos se resguardaron en un veh\u00edculo (combi) y \u00e9ste al salir se encontr\u00f3 con Jos\u00e9 Miguel \u00abN\u00bb, alias \u00abLa Ardilla y Abner No\u00e9 \u00abEl Traumado\u00bb, quienes le dispararon ambos con sus armas de fuego, quedando privado de la vida.<\/p>\n<p>El imputado se mud\u00f3 a Jalisco y desde ah\u00ed continuaba sus operaciones, como integrante del grupo delictivo \u201cLos Magnos Acevedo\u201d y anteriormente en las filas del Cartel Independiente de Acapulco (CIDA). Est\u00e1 acusado de otros homicidios relacionados con cuotas por extorsi\u00f3n a comerciantes y diversos comercios, adem\u00e1s de generador de violencia en Facebook por considerarse administrador de diversas p\u00e1ginas en esa red social.<\/p>\n<p>El detenido fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control del Distrito Judicial de Tabares en Acapulco.<\/p>\n<p>Relacionado con lo anterior, la Fiscal\u00eda captur\u00f3 a Jos\u00e9 Miguel \u00abN\u00bb, alias \u00abLa Ardilla\u00bb, en febrero de 2022, considerado de rango alto dentro de las operaciones de la estructura criminal y quien
