{"id":3445,"date":"2022-03-16T21:12:34","date_gmt":"2022-03-17T03:12:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=3445"},"modified":"2022-03-16T21:12:34","modified_gmt":"2022-03-17T03:12:34","slug":"despliega-congreso-consulta-indigena-y-afromexicana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=3445","title":{"rendered":"Despliega Congreso consulta ind\u00edgena y afromexicana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro.-<\/strong> El presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, Alfredo S\u00e1nchez Esquivel, inform\u00f3 que diputados locales, con apoyo del cuerpo t\u00e9cnico, se despliegan en sus respectivos distritos para llevar a cabo el proceso de preconsulta a los pueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanas.<\/p>\n<p>El diputado indic\u00f3 que este ejercicio de acercamiento con la ciudadan\u00eda de los pueblos originarios y afromexicanos dio inicio hace tres d\u00edas, en seguimiento de los tiempos y m\u00e9todos estipulados por el Congreso local conforme a su responsabilidad y en plena coordinaci\u00f3n con el Poder Ejecutivo y organismos aut\u00f3nomos, adem\u00e1s del apoyo de los ayuntamientos.<\/p>\n<p>En entrevista, el legislador explic\u00f3 que se est\u00e1 dando cabal cumplimiento al proceso de consulta mandatado por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN), que consiste en varias etapas.<\/p>\n<p>Primeramente, precis\u00f3, el Congreso del Estado comunica a los municipios y comunidades mediante una invitaci\u00f3n para participar en la consulta y se les nutre de toda la informaci\u00f3n sobre los alcances de esta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa entera decisi\u00f3n debe provenir de los ciudadanos, conforme al mandato de la SCJN ; es decir, la ciudadan\u00eda determinar\u00e1 la procedencia o no del ejercicio de consulta en su territorio\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e1nchez Esquivel agreg\u00f3 que en una segunda etapa, denominada informativa, a todos los ciudadanos se les deber\u00e1 dar informaci\u00f3n acerca de las reformas al art\u00edculo 14 Constitucional y las leyes 777 y la 701, y ellos determinar\u00e1n si es su deseo modificarlas o adecuarlas. En cualquiera de estos casos, se levantar\u00e1 el acta correspondiente y se remitir\u00e1 al Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>En la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de este mi\u00e9rcoles, la Mesa Directiva dio lectura a los oficios suscritos por la gobernadora Evelyn Cecia Salgado Pineda con los que remite iniciativa de adici\u00f3n a diversas disposiciones de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n del Estado, y otra por la que se autoriza a los 81 municipios de Guerrero contratar l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9ditos.<\/p>\n<p>Los empr\u00e9stitos se har\u00e1n con instituciones integrantes del Sistema Financiero Mexicano que ofrezcan las mejores condiciones de mercado, con cargo al Fondo de Aportaciones para la Infraestructura Social Municipal y de las Demarcaciones Territoriales del Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n<p>Oficios e iniciativas se remitieron a las respectivas comisiones de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda, y de Hacienda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chilpancingo, Gro.- El
