{"id":3398,"date":"2022-03-15T07:22:15","date_gmt":"2022-03-15T13:22:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=3398"},"modified":"2022-03-15T07:22:15","modified_gmt":"2022-03-15T13:22:15","slug":"pide-inclusion-matrimonial-de-usos-y-costumbres-en-leyes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=3398","title":{"rendered":"Pide inclusi\u00f3n matrimonial de usos y costumbres en leyes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro.- <\/strong>Vianey Contreras Salgado, mujer ind\u00edgena de Chilacachapa, municipio de Cuetzala del Progreso, pidi\u00f3 que los matrimonios celebrados por usos y costumbres sean considerados en las leyes civiles que solamente reconocen el papel que otorgan los jueces del Registro Civil en el Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Al hablar ante el Parlamento de Mujeres Guerrerenses 2022 que desarroll\u00f3 el Congreso del Estado, Contreras Salgado expres\u00f3 que las mujeres ind\u00edgenas cuando enviudan, se divorcian o son abandonadas no pueden cobrar pensiones, manutenciones, herencias o patrimonios porque no tienen el acta de matrimonio civil y no pueden hacer valer sus derechos de c\u00f3nyuge.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn pueblos como Chilacachapa y muchos otros m\u00e1s del estado de Guerrero, las mujeres ind\u00edgenas se casan por las sagradas tradiciones por medio de la ceremonia de matrimonio con base a las leyes naturales del pueblo pero que no es reconocido como medio probatorio de matrimonio porque para la gente ajena a la comunidad nuestro sistema de usos y costumbres y tradiciones milenaria no vale\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En su participaci\u00f3n ante el Parlamento propuso que las tradiciones pueblerinas que son consideradas sagradas por las comunidades ind\u00edgenas de Guerrero tengan la misma validez legal y jur\u00eddica que tienen las citadinas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00bfAcaso nuestras tradiciones valen menos que un papel? Nuestra cultura es ancestral, el ritual de petici\u00f3n de nupcias es milenaria y deber\u00eda ser v\u00e1lida como medio probatorio para tener los derechos conyugales que deber\u00eda tener toda mujer. Lo que queremos que uno como mujer se pueda casar por la iglesia o el registro civil o las Sagradas Tradiciones de las leyes naturales del pueblo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Chilacachapa es una peque\u00f1a comunidad ind\u00edgena ubicada en la zona centro de Guerrero y particip\u00f3 en el Parlamento de Mujeres Guerrerenses para buscar crear espacios para promover, debatir e integrar una agenda legislativa ciudadana en aspectos a la vida de las mujeres guerrerenses en relaci\u00f3n con la prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de la mujer libre de violencia.<\/p>\n<p>Vianney Contreras Salgado represent\u00f3 a su pueblo entre las 46 mujeres m\u00e1s destacadas de Guerrero presentando una Iniciativa de Ley, el cual consiste en el Reconocimiento Legal y Jur\u00eddico del Ritual de Petici\u00f3n de Nupcias por medio de Las Leyes Naturales del Pueblo como Medio Probatorio de Matrimonio, es decir, que la Sagrada Ceremonia de Casamiento de Chilacachapa tenga un reconocimiento legal, hist\u00f3rico y cultural.<\/p>\n<p>En la lista oficial de participantes en el Parlamento de Mujeres Guerrerenses, organizado por el Congreso de Guerrero, Vianney Contreras Salgado apareci\u00f3 en el n\u00famero 44 de las 46 f\u00e9minas que pasaron a tribuna.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisaria Municipal de Chilacachapa 2022 lanz\u00f3 la Convocatoria referente al Parlamento de Mujeres Guerrerenses y la se\u00f1orita Vianney Contreras Salgado fue la \u00fanica mujer ind\u00edgena interesada en el tema.<\/p>\n<p>A la joven se le dio asesor\u00eda sobre propuestas de iniciativas de ley, clases de cultura general, c\u00e1tedras del sistema de \u00abusos y costumbres\u00bb ,del sistema de autogobierno de Chilacachapa a trav\u00e9s de los Principales del pueblo y sesiones de
