proceso de consulta ind\u00edgena y afromexicano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro.-<\/strong> Para garantizar el Derecho a la Consulta de las Comunidades y los Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas y Afromexicanos, as\u00ed como para cumplir con las resoluciones de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Los Poderes Legislativo y Ejecutivo del Estado de Guerrero, de manera hist\u00f3rica y coordinada, construyen el primer proceso de consulta que cumple con los par\u00e1metros tanto internacionales como nacionales, y que son:\u00a0 Previos, Libres, Informados, Culturalmente Adecuados y, sobre todo, de Buena Fe.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de este in\u00e9dito proceso es que toda propuesta legislativa que implique una afectaci\u00f3n a los sistemas normativos internos de nuestros hermanos ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos, sea consultado con ellos, en su lengua y de acuerdo a sus usos y costumbres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" incluir\u00e1 a los pueblos originarios N\u00e1huatl, Mixteco, Tlapaneco y Amuzgo, considerando sus variables ling\u00fc\u00edsticas, y cuenta con el apoyo interinstitucional de int\u00e9rpretes, t\u00e9cnicos especialistas y expertos en la materia.<\/p>\n<p>Con lo anterior, Guerrero materializa y da legitimidad al Derecho a la Consulta a los Pueblos y Comunidades Ind\u00edgenas y Afromexicanas, y constituye un referente hist\u00f3rico a nivel nacional, por el universo de poblaci\u00f3n a consultar, la dispersi\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica, la diversidad ling\u00fc\u00edstica y
