titular de la dependencia, Raymundo Segura Estrada, de realizar pr\u00e1cticas de nepotismo y permitir el hostigamiento laboral y sexual para despedir masivamente al personal supernumerario que trabaja todos los d\u00edas para la operatividad de la Sefina.<\/p>\n<p>En una carta abierta, en que los empleados argumentan el anonimato para evitar ser v\u00edctimas de represalias laborales, acusan que el secretario de finanzas nombr\u00f3 como delegada administrativa a Alejandra Figueroa Cuenca quien es nuera de Antonio Rodr\u00edguez Canacasco, secretario particular del funcionario estatal lo que evidencia una pr\u00e1ctica de nepotismo en la dependencia.<\/p>\n<p>Rodr\u00edguez Canacasco se ostenta ante todos los empleados y p\u00fablico en general que acude a la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas como compadre de Segura Estrada y se dedica a hostigar al personal que se topa en los pasillos, sin importar pisotear los derechos laborales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2478\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/funcionario2-687x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/funcionario2-768x1144.jpg 768w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/funcionario2.jpg 796w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 687px) 100vw, 687px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTodos trabajamos por un sueldo digno para llevar el sustento a nuestras familias y este funcionario aduce que es intocable y que est\u00e1 bien parado arriba con los jefes, sobre todo con el jefe de la oficina, Jes\u00fas Uri\u00f3stegui, otro personaje que se dedica a hacer relaciones p\u00fablicas y cortejar a las trabajadoras sin importar que eso se llama acoso laboral y sexual\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En el escrito, se pide la intervenci\u00f3n inmediata de la gobernadora Evelyn Cecia Salgado Pineda y de su pap\u00e1, el senador F\u00e9lix Salgado Macedonio ya que, en caso de no hacerlo, los empleados que lanzan acusaciones realizar\u00e1n un plant\u00f3n en la explanada del Palacio de Gobierno en el pr\u00f3ximo homenaje que se realizar\u00e1 antes de salir de vacaciones del periodo decembrino.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEscuchen nuestras demandas, porque de lo contrario tambi\u00e9n acudiremos a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y nos instalaremos en plant\u00f3n frente a Palacio Nacional para exigirle al presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador que quiten a estos nefastos funcionarios y respeten nuestros derechos laborales\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" secretaria general del SUSPEG y a Cecilia Narciso Gayt\u00e1n, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos en Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>La carta abierta es avalada por la base trabajadora de
