{"id":2326,"date":"2021-11-19T19:51:15","date_gmt":"2021-11-20T01:51:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=2326"},"modified":"2021-11-19T19:51:15","modified_gmt":"2021-11-20T01:51:15","slug":"implementa-evelyn-austeridad-y-elimina-gastos-excesivos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=2326","title":{"rendered":"Implementa Evelyn austeridad y elimina gastos excesivos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Chilpancingo, Gro.<\/strong>&#8211; La Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n del Estado de Guerrero implementa acciones y estrategias reales de ahorro en los recursos del pueblo con el prop\u00f3sito de cumplir con los compromisos de los trabajadores del estado que no fueron subsanados por la anterior administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abComo ya es de conocimiento p\u00fablico el d\u00e9ficit financiero importante que nos entreg\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n anterior, estamos preocupados y ocupados para obtener los mayores ahorros posibles. Realmente estamos con esta intenci\u00f3n de poder ahorrar para poder atender las necesidades que tenemos en puerta\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el titular de Sefina, Raymundo Segura Estrada.<\/p>\n<p>Las medidas de austeridad que se han tomado incluyen la venta de la Casa Acapulco y el inmueble en M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como tres departamentos en Chilpancingo y el proceso de venta de los veh\u00edculos blindados de lujo y dos motocicletas que fue anunciado por la gobernadora en d\u00edas pasados, adem\u00e1s, la eliminaci\u00f3n de la lista de raya que est\u00e1 en proceso de revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Segura Estrada indic\u00f3 que se revisan los contratos de renta de inmuebles de oficinas del Gobierno del Estado para determinar si la renta es razonable para el espacio utilizado y si no es apropiado se buscar\u00e1n otras opciones de arrendamiento para reducir el gasto de las rentas de oficinas.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que en este gobierno de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n en Guerrero, la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado instruy\u00f3 la restricci\u00f3n de los gastos de vi\u00e1ticos a los funcionarios estatales, as\u00ed como combustible y pago de casetas solo para los veh\u00edculos que son utilizados en operaci\u00f3n del gobierno incluyendo pago de cmidas, al igual que el uso de tel\u00e9fonos celulares que generaban gastos en los recursos p\u00fablicos y que en la administraci\u00f3n anterior eran muy elevados.<\/p>\n<p>El encargado de las Finanzas del Estado indic\u00f3 que hay fondos fijos que se establecieron en administraciones pasadas y se est\u00e1n revisando para ser reducidas en proporci\u00f3n en un 50 por ciento en relaci\u00f3n a lo que se estaba entregando actualmente, para efecto de reducir los gastos y vigilar que estos gastos sean reales y necesarios en cada dependencia.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el funcionario estatal dijo que se revisa la estructura organizacional en todas las dependencias para efecto de que aquellas \u00e1reas operativas que no sean importantes se eliminen incluso las cuestiones de asesores se dejaron de pagar. \u00abEstamos en ese proceso de revisar qu\u00e9 efectivamente todas las erogaciones sean necesarias y gastos reales\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Como eje central de esta medida de austeridad, el secretario de Finanzas indic\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n es la reducci\u00f3n de salarios a los secretarios de despacho, por lo que habr\u00e1 un tope en los altos sueldos que sosten\u00edan de los funcionarios de primer nivel para que nadie pueda tener en esta administraci\u00f3n beneficios extraordinarios ni salarios ostentosos.<\/p>\n<p>El funcionario estatal a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que estas acciones de ahorro se complementan con el cr\u00e9dito que se solicit\u00f3 para atender los compromisos en puerta con los trabajadores del estado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abTenemos que tener ahorros importantes para cumplir con los compromisos con la base trabajadora esa es la indicaci\u00f3n de la gobernadora que primero atendimos las necesidades de los trabajadores y en eso estamos trabajando\u00bb, finaliz\u00f3. <strong>Con informaci\u00f3n de
