{"id":2096,"date":"2021-10-26T18:32:16","date_gmt":"2021-10-26T23:32:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=2096"},"modified":"2021-10-26T18:32:16","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T23:32:16","slug":"presenta-anorve-iniciativa-para-prohibir-venta-de-ninas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=2096","title":{"rendered":"Presenta A\u00f1orve iniciativa para prohibir venta de ni\u00f1as"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.- <\/strong>Tras lamentar la postura del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador en su reciente visita a la zona de La Monta\u00f1a de Guerrero, el senador Manuel A\u00f1orve Ba\u00f1os dijo que se presentar\u00e1 una iniciativa de reforma legal para evitar el matrimonio infantil forzado y obligue a la Federaci\u00f3n a intervenir directamente en el problema y no solo a las autoridades locales.<\/p>\n<p>La bancada del PRI en el Senado present\u00f3 una iniciativa de reforma al art\u00edculo 41 de Ley General de Acceso de las Mujeres a una Vida Libre de Violencia que busca prohibir la\u00a0venta de ni\u00f1as\u00a0con fines matrimoniales escudados en los llamados usos y costumbres de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p>El senador guerrerense, autor de dicha iniciativa, critic\u00f3 que el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica tenga la visi\u00f3n\u00a0 de que se trata de un problema excepcional cuando en el pa\u00eds, de acuerdo con cifras oficiales, en el pa\u00eds se calcula que unas 300 mil ni\u00f1as y adolescentes, sobre todo en el estado de Guerrero, han sido vendidas con fines matrimoniales.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma publicada en la Gaceta Parlamentaria y que se turnar\u00e1 a Comisiones busca garantizar que los usos y costumbres de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas, as\u00ed como los de toda la sociedad, no socaven, limiten o violen los derechos humanos de las mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1ala la propuesta, busca erradicar cualquier pr\u00e1ctica, basada en tradiciones, usos o costumbres, que tenga como resultado final, la venta de ni\u00f1as para contraer matrimonios forzados, o cualquier otra actividad denigrante o il\u00edcita.<\/p>\n<p>Se establece la obligaci\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n de garantizar que los usos y costumbres de toda comunidad no atenten contra los derechos humanos de las mujeres y no sirvan como excusa para venderlas al mejor postor para que contraigan matrimonio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo se busca restringir el libre desarrollo de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas, ni coartar el derecho constitucional de toda comunidad a poder autodeterminarse, de acuerdo a sus usos y costumbres; lo \u00fanico que se quiere lograr, con esta reforma, es que la federaci\u00f3n asuma su responsabilidad de garantizar el respeto irrestricto de los derechos humanos de toda persona, por sobre todas las cosas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Se argumenta que ya no se puede seguir solapando esta realidad y minimizando el sufrimiento de cientos de miles de ni\u00f1as que han sido arrancadas de su ni\u00f1ez y entregadas a las garras del abuso, la humillaci\u00f3n y el abandono.
