a AMLO frenar matrimonio infantil\u2026 y nada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.-<\/strong> Hace un mes, un colectivo de 650 mil ind\u00edgenas, de todas las etnias del Pa\u00eds, pidi\u00f3 al Presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador hacer suya una reforma constitucional para poner freno a las uniones y matrimonios infantiles en esas comunidades.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el Mandatario ha guardado silencio sobre el tema, a\u00fan cuando realiz\u00f3 una gira de trabajo por la regi\u00f3n de la monta\u00f1a de Guerrero, donde la venta de ni\u00f1as a cambio de dinero y bienes, como terrenos y animales, es una pr\u00e1ctica vigente.<\/p>\n<p>El pasado 28 de septiembre, durante la ceremonia de petici\u00f3n de perd\u00f3n al pueblo Yaqui, en Sonora, los representantes de los pueblos originarios entregaron al tabasque\u00f1o un documento que contiene una propuesta de reforma constitucional sobre derechos de los pueblos ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abPor esta raz\u00f3n est\u00e1n aqu\u00ed frente a usted representantes de todos nuestros pueblos y de manera conjunta le entregamos la propuesta de reforma constitucional, apoyada por m\u00e1s de 650 mil firmas de mujeres y hombres ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos de esta gran naci\u00f3n que hemos construido colectiva a lo largo de dos a\u00f1os\u00bb, dijo Jes\u00fas Patricio Varela Mart\u00ednez, secretario de la Guardia Tradicional de T\u00f3rim.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abY en este momento le pedimos que la haga suya y a nuestro nombre la presente al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El yaqui Cris\u00f3foro Valenzuela se acerc\u00f3 hasta el Presidente y entreg\u00f3 en mano el documento.<\/p>\n<p>El Mandatario pos\u00f3 para la foto y, al percatarse de que era uno de los momentos m\u00e1s aplaudidos de la ceremonia, dio vuelta al engargolado para revisar la car\u00e1tula.<\/p>\n<p>Se sent\u00f3 en su silla lo hoje\u00f3 por algunos segundos, para luego buscar la mirada de alg\u00fan colaborador y entreg\u00e1rsela.<\/p>\n<p>Se trataba de un documento de 180 cuartillas, precedido de dos a\u00f1os de trabajos, consultas, asambleas, discusiones y an\u00e1lisis, en los que tambi\u00e9n participaron expertos convocados por la Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n y el Instituto Nacional de Pueblos Ind\u00edgenas (INPI).<\/p>\n<p>En ese proyecto, se propone adicionar un apartado B al art\u00edculo segundo de la Constituci\u00f3n para establecer la obligaci\u00f3n de las autoridades de garantizar el reconocimiento y la atenci\u00f3n especial a los derechos de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y j\u00f3venes ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p>En el segundo p\u00e1rrafo de la fracci\u00f3n XI, se plantea la necesidad de tomar medidas para evitar las uniones, matrimonios y embarazos de menores.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSe propone establecer la obligaci\u00f3n estatal de garantizar a las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y j\u00f3venes ind\u00edgenas, una vida libre de todo tipo de exclusi\u00f3n, discriminaci\u00f3n y violencia, en especial de la violencia sexual y de g\u00e9nero; crear pol\u00edticas dirigidas a prevenir y atender las adicciones desde una visi\u00f3n de respeto a las identidades culturales, as\u00ed como realizar medidas para evitar las uniones, matrimonios y embarazos a temprana edad, con perspectiva intercultural\u00bb, refiere.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta ahora, no se han tomado medidas para concretar esta
