{"id":1986,"date":"2021-10-15T17:57:50","date_gmt":"2021-10-15T22:57:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=1986"},"modified":"2021-10-15T17:57:50","modified_gmt":"2021-10-15T22:57:50","slug":"promete-evelyn-resolver-problemas-ancestrales-de-guerrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=1986","title":{"rendered":"Promete Evelyn resolver problemas ancestrales de Guerrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>*<strong> Haremos un gobierno de territorio y no de escritorio<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>* Vamos a transformar la vida pol\u00edtica y social del estado<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>* Eliminaremos la pr\u00e1ctica insana de vender ni\u00f1as<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>* Venderemos Casa Acapulco, veh\u00edculos blindados y otros activos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al rendir protesta como la primera gobernadora de Guerrero, Evelyn Cecia Salgado Pineda prometi\u00f3 encabezar un gobierno de territorio y no de escritorio, ofreci\u00f3 transformar la vida pol\u00edtica y social del estado, reiter\u00f3 el fin de las persecuciones pol\u00edticas y represi\u00f3n, subray\u00f3 fortalecimiento a salud, educaci\u00f3n, campo y turismo y pugn\u00f3 por eliminar la pr\u00e1ctica insana de la venta de ni\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a los integrantes del Congreso del Estado, as\u00ed como invitados especiales a la ceremonia de investidura del poder pol\u00edtico, la hija de F\u00e9lix Salgado Macedonio \u2014fuera del discurso que le\u00eda\u2014tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que se vender\u00e1 todo el parque vehicular blindado, la Casa Acapulco y la casa de Guerrero en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico para usar el dinero en medicamentos y cl\u00ednicas de hemodi\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p>Ataj\u00f3 que ya no habr\u00e1 escoltas y que no ser\u00e1 un gobierno de oficina y escritorio. Vamos a estar en el territorio, escuchando al pueblo que ser\u00e1 nuestro mejor asesor y consejero.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstoy comprometida a no fallarle a mi estado porque aqu\u00ed nac\u00ed, aqu\u00ed crec\u00ed, aqu\u00ed nacieron mis hijos y form\u00e9 mi familia, porque aqu\u00ed vivo, y porque tengo el mejor ejemplo en mis padres luchadores sociales y mis abuelos campesinos, y de ellos aprend\u00ed que el trabajo duro y digno trae como recompensa progreso y prosperidad, y eso es lo que quiero para mi tierra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1987\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/01.jpg 960w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/01-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/01-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dijo que su llegada a la gubernatura no se trataba solamente de un cambio de estafeta sino de una transformaci\u00f3n radical de la vida pol\u00edtica y social del estado.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, garantiz\u00f3 que quienes han acompa\u00f1ado esta lucha y quienes hoy luchan por sus causas no sufrir\u00e1n ning\u00fan tipo de persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAl contrario, ser\u00e1 de respeto irrestricto a los derechos humanos, a la diversidad sexual, a la libertad de culto, a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n porque ning\u00fan periodista ser\u00e1 perseguido o censurado y promover\u00e9 la liberaci\u00f3n de los presos de conciencia en Guerrero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 nunca m\u00e1s la persecuci\u00f3n a l\u00edderes y luchadores sociales, a defensores de derechos humanos, de los bosques, de las tierras, a representantes ind\u00edgenas y afromexicanos, a estudiantes y maestros. Nunca m\u00e1s en Guerrero un caso Ayotzinapa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1988\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03.jpg 960w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/03-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn mi administraci\u00f3n, el di\u00e1logo permanente con el magisterio e inversi\u00f3n en el sector educativo, ser\u00e1n la clave para brindar mayores oportunidades de superaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica a la ni\u00f1ez y la juventud. Reitero mi m\u00e1s profundo reconocimiento a maestras y maestros, con ellas y con ellos vamos a impulsar la transformaci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n en Guerrero\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Salgado Pineda dijo que todo el sector ser\u00e1 escuchado y atendido directamente por ella. Habr\u00e1 inversiones prioritarias, buscaremos ampliar la cobertura educativa y la conectividad, para que Guerrero salga del atraso educativo.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos a formar la universidad virtual de Guerrero. Tambi\u00e9n, estaremos muy atentos a cada paso del regreso a clases presenciales, lo haremos de una manera muy responsable, siempre acatando las recomendaciones de los expertos en salud, en educaci\u00f3n y escuchando a los padres de familia.<\/p>\n<p>En el sector Salud, la nueva gobernadora se\u00f1al\u00f3 que habr\u00e1 nejores salarios, justicia laboral y sindical para el sector salud, fortalecimiento y equipamiento de hospitales y cl\u00ednicas, as\u00ed como nueva infraestructura que demanda la creciente poblaci\u00f3n de Guerrero, ser\u00e1n realidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1989\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04.jpg 960w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/04-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cImplementaremos acciones que sirvan para fortalecer las operaciones epidemiol\u00f3gicas contra la pandemia del Covid-19, todo en estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n con la estrategia nacional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ofreci\u00f3 que se abastecer\u00e1 de medicamentos e insumos al primer y segundo nivel de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para que no haya m\u00e1s carencias en hospitales, cl\u00ednicas y centros de salud. Vamos a llegar hasta el \u00faltimo rinc\u00f3n de nuestro Estado de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos trabajadores del sector salud son nuestros h\u00e9roes y hero\u00ednas, estuvieron y siguen en la primera l\u00ednea de batalla durante la pandemia. Merecen nuestro reconocimiento, merecen nuestro apoyo total y por ello, seguir\u00e9 en di\u00e1logo permanente y gestionando para retribuirles lo que por derecho les corresponde.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Su salario y sus conquistas laborales son sagrados y los vamos a defender!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1992\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/08.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/08.jpg 960w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/08-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/08-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En referencia al campo, Salgado Pineda indic\u00f3 que habr\u00e1 apoyos contundentes, porque de ah\u00ed viven familias y porque es justo retribuir a quienes dan tanto con su esfuerzo diario. Vamos a mejorar nuestro campo guerrerense para que sea fuerte, moderno, sustentable y eficiente, porque sin ma\u00edz no hay pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImpulsaremos la reconversi\u00f3n de cultivos para darle la oportunidad a miles de campesinos guerrerenses de tener un modo honesto, pero sobre todo digno, de vivir; y que los productos del campo vuelvan a crecer en tierra f\u00e9rtil y traspasen fronteras con cadenas de comercializaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Al tocar el tema sentido de la venta de ni\u00f1as en comunidades ind\u00edgenas de Guerrero, especialmente de La Monta\u00f1a, se\u00f1al\u00f3 su compromiso de terminar con esa vergonzosa pr\u00e1ctica. Eso no debe existir y no se debe escudar en usos y costumbres algo que es una total violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos de las mujeres. Nos vamos a meter de lleno en atender este tema de manera integral con el gabinete estatal y federal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLograr que las mujeres tengan acceso a las oportunidades de desarrollo y vivan sin violencia, es uno de los grandes desaf\u00edos que enfrentan en la actualidad los gobiernos. Por eso me comprometo a sostener un di\u00e1logo permanente y respetuoso con los poderes Legislativo y Judicial, con los gobiernos municipales, y con todos los actores sociales, privados y acad\u00e9micos, para que juntas y juntos impulsemos todas aquellas iniciativas que tengan por objeto mejorar las condiciones de vida de las mujeres y las ni\u00f1as guerrerenses\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Salgado Pineda indic\u00f3 que comenzar\u00e1 con la reorganizaci\u00f3n de presupuesto por lo que requiri\u00f3 el apoyo de los diputados locales, aunque revir\u00f3 que trabajar\u00e1 en coordinaci\u00f3n con los senadores y diputados federales para luchar por los recursos adicionales que Guerrero requiere.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>*
