Una parafernalia para demostrar poder, fuerza, supremac\u00eda. \u00bfPero, sobre qui\u00e9n? Porque sobre el Ej\u00e9rcito de Estados Unidos, dada la magnitud de sus fuerzas militares, ni \u201ca mel\u00f3n\u201d les sabr\u00edan. Tampoco a los grupos del crimen organizado. Porque, un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s, en Mochitl\u00e1n y Quechultenango, Guerrero, ese \u201cej\u00e9rcito formidable\u201d, que desfil\u00f3 en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, fue apaleado, desarmado y postrado en un gimnasio del pueblo, seg\u00fan las noticias que dieron todos los peri\u00f3dicos nacionales. Y, todav\u00eda, quemaron patrullas de la Guardia Nacional (esas que se vieron \u201cblindadas y poderosas\u201d durante el desfile). Solo fueron perdonados y liberados con la condici\u00f3n de firmar una minuta de que no pueden ir a esos municipios guerrerenses sino con la autorizaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento de las eufem\u00edsticas \u201cpolic\u00edas comunitarias\u201d. \u00bfDe qu\u00e9 soberan\u00eda habla Sheinbaum?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para m\u00ed queda claro que el gobierno federal, el estatal y municipal est\u00e1n subordinados o, en el mejor de los casos, reducidos a la voluntad de los criminales y que la jurisdicci\u00f3n territorial no est\u00e1 en el gobierno mexicano. Tal y como lo ha manifestado el gobierno estadounidense, que hay amplias zonas del territorio que son controladas por diversos grupos que ya rivalizan con el Estado mexicano. Y no solo en territorio, sino en los tres sectores productivos de la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regreso a las im\u00e1genes televisivas del desfile militar y no puedo evitar sentir que esos veh\u00edculos, esas \u201cfuerzas\u201d solo son para paradas (faramallas) militares. Nada m\u00e1s. Porque para hacer efectiva la soberan\u00eda y el Estado de derecho, nom\u00e1s no sirven. O es que no pueden o no quieren o son c\u00f3mplices. En cualquiera de los casos, es un Estado fallido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ep\u00edlogo: Como porte\u00f1o, apunto que jam\u00e1s he visto las patrullas de \u201cb\u00fasqueda y rescate\u201d ni los \u201caquanautas\u201d de la Marina -que desfilaron en la CDMX- en las playas de Acapulco. Tal vez porque no quieren que se desgasten o solo porque solo sirven para exhibirlas en los desfiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No puedo dejar de recordar el t\u00edtulo de un libro de la Doctora Sara Sefchovich: \u201cPa\u00eds de mentiras\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>David Augusto Sotelo Rosas<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
