{"id":15424,"date":"2026-08-19T22:52:27","date_gmt":"2026-08-20T03:52:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=15424"},"modified":"2026-08-19T22:52:28","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T03:52:28","slug":"detienen-a-7-policias-municipales-por-privacion-ilegal-de-libertad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=15424","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a 7 polic\u00edas municipales por privaci\u00f3n ilegal de libertad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda de Guerrero inform\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de siete polic\u00edas municipales de La Uni\u00f3n de Isidro Montes de Oca acusados de haber privado ilegalmente la libertad de una persona que permaneci\u00f3 en las instalaciones polic\u00edacas en circunstancias no esclarecidas legalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con el comunicado oficial, en seguimiento a una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n relacionada con la posible privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad de una persona, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guerrero realiz\u00f3 diligencias en las instalaciones de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Isidoro Montes de Oca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las diligencias fueron realizadas por personal de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora Ministerial (PIM), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (DEFENSA) y Guardia Nacional (GN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la intervenci\u00f3n fue localizada una persona al interior de las instalaciones municipales, por lo que el Ministerio P\u00fablico realiza los actos de investigaci\u00f3n necesarios para esclarecer las circunstancias de su permanencia en el lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte de estas diligencias, siete elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal fueron presentados ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico para rendir declaraci\u00f3n, al igual que la persona localizada, con la finalidad de recabar informaci\u00f3n relacionada con los hechos investigados. La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guerrero continuar\u00e1 con las diligencias correspondientes y, una vez analizados los datos recabados, el Ministerio P\u00fablico determinar\u00e1 lo
