trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El cambio ocurre mientras compa\u00f1\u00edas ajustan beneficios y modelos internos ante una creciente demanda de bienestar integral y generaciones est\u00e1n cuestionando modelos laborales tradicionales basados en estructuras jer\u00e1rquicas y desgaste personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">J\u00f3venes buscan equilibrio sin renunciar al trabajo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan detall\u00f3 la especialista de Sof\u00eda, la Generaci\u00f3n Z no rechaza el esfuerzo ni el compromiso profesional, pero s\u00ed busca evitar que el trabajo absorba completamente su vida personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEsta generaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 diciendo que no al trabajo, no est\u00e1 diciendo que no al esfuerzo y al compromiso\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los j\u00f3venes crecieron observando el desgaste f\u00edsico y emocional de generaciones anteriores, situaci\u00f3n que ahora influye en la manera en que desean relacionarse con el empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo todo vale, que el respeto es importante, poder compaginar el trabajo con la vida fuera, que el trabajo no se lleve mi vida es importante\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Salud mental gana prioridad entre nuevas generaciones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los principales cambios identificados es la apertura para hablar sobre salud mental y establecer l\u00edmites laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Datos compartidos por Sof\u00eda indican que j\u00f3venes utilizan servicios psicol\u00f3gicos hasta tres veces m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que otros grupos generacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, existe un mayor uso de videoconsultas, herramientas digitales de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y servicios enfocados en bienestar emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La especialista explic\u00f3 que factores econ\u00f3micos como inflaci\u00f3n, dificultades para adquirir vivienda y obst\u00e1culos para construir patrimonio tambi\u00e9n influyen en las prioridades laborales actuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSomos un ser integral, somos personas integrales y todo est\u00e1 interconectado\u201d, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empresas ajustan beneficios y modelos laborales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante este nuevo panorama, empresas en M\u00e9xico enfrentan el reto de ofrecer beneficios relacionados con prevenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica y esquemas laborales flexibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sof\u00eda, por ejemplo, mantiene servicios preventivos, consultas digitales y acompa\u00f1amiento m\u00e9dico continuo mediante doctores de cabecera, orientados a fortalecer el bienestar f\u00edsico, emocional y financiero de colaboradores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Generaci\u00f3n Z tambi\u00e9n busca v\u00ednculos laborales cercanos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pese al inter\u00e9s por modelos h\u00edbridos y flexibles, la Generaci\u00f3n Z no busca aislamiento laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con los hallazgos obtenidos por la empresa durante sesiones de grupo, los j\u00f3venes valoran relaciones cercanas con compa\u00f1eros y l\u00edderes dentro de las organizaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cQuieren poder tener v\u00ednculos
