{"id":14070,"date":"2026-05-14T19:10:31","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T00:10:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=14070"},"modified":"2026-05-14T19:10:49","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T00:10:49","slug":"juicio-oral-contra-exsecretario-de-seguridad-de-tabasco-iniciara-el-1-de-junio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=14070","title":{"rendered":"Juicio oral contra exsecretario de Seguridad de Tabasco iniciar\u00e1 el 1 de junio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>VILLAHERMOSA, Tab., 14 de mayo de 2026.-<\/strong> Ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>1 de junio<\/strong> cuando se lleve a cabo la primera audiencia de <strong>juicio oral<\/strong> en contra del extitular de la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC) de Tabasco<\/strong>, <strong>Hern\u00e1n N.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El vicefiscal de Delitos Comunes de la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) de Tabasco<\/strong>, <strong>Gilberto Melquiades Miranda<\/strong>, puntualiz\u00f3 que el proceso en contra del exfuncionario, preso en el penal de m\u00e1xima seguridad del <strong>Altiplano<\/strong>, en <strong>Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez<\/strong>, Estado de M\u00e9xico, ya super\u00f3 la etapa de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-expresiones-guerrero wp-block-embed-expresiones-guerrero\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"Hl2LM20P4G\"><a href=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=14054\">Tula es un pueblo fantasma; persiste miedo en desplazados<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"\u00abTula es un pueblo fantasma; persiste miedo en desplazados\u00bb \u2014 Expresiones Guerrero\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=14054&#038;embed=true#?secret=AxXL0U8bHU#?secret=Hl2LM20P4G\" data-secret=\"Hl2LM20P4G\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este proceso, indic\u00f3 el vicefiscal, el exfuncionario enfrentar\u00e1 a la justicia por los delitos de <strong>extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>asociaci\u00f3n delictuosa<\/strong> y <strong>secuestro<\/strong>. Esto ocurre luego de que el pasado 21 de abril venciera el plazo para que la FGE presentara su acusaci\u00f3n formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Material probatorio ya est\u00e1 en carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante esta pr\u00f3xima audiencia presencial, abund\u00f3 <strong>Gilberto Melquiades Miranda<\/strong>, las autoridades judiciales proceder\u00e1n a la revisi\u00f3n del material probatorio recabado en las carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n, las cuales ya obran en poder de la defensa, as\u00ed como del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYa tiene una fecha de realizaci\u00f3n, precisamente el primero de junio. Tendr\u00e1 lugar la primera audiencia de juicio, donde conoceremos los alegatos que van a rendir las partes: los alegatos de apertura, el desahogo de pruebas, los alegatos de clausura y finalmente el pronunciamiento del tribunal conforme corresponda\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simult\u00e1neamente a este proceso, anot\u00f3 el vicefiscal, otra carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n en contra de <strong>Hern\u00e1n N.<\/strong>, por el delito de <strong>peculado<\/strong>, sigue su curso habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En este caso alterno, el imputado ya fue vinculado a proceso y actualmente transcurre el plazo de cuatro meses fijado para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n, mismo que concluir\u00e1 en agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que los delitos por la primera acusaci\u00f3n que le imputa la <strong>FGE Tabasco<\/strong> al ex titular de la <strong>SSPC Tabasco<\/strong> son
