Las autoridades estadounidenses recordaron que los acusados <strong>se presumen inocentes<\/strong> hasta que se demuestre su culpabilidad en juicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El fiscal Jay Clayton afirm\u00f3 que el <strong>C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa<\/strong> no podr\u00eda operar sin la complicidad de funcionarios corruptos, mientras que la DEA calific\u00f3 a la organizaci\u00f3n como una estructura que debilita las instituciones p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta acusaci\u00f3n forma parte de una serie de procesos iniciados desde
