A lo largo de su carrera ha ocupado cargos estrat\u00e9gicos como subdirector de Organizaci\u00f3n Operativa, subdirector de Operaci\u00f3n Vial, Jefe de Unidad Departamental y Jefe de Departamento de Sistemas de Mantenimiento de Parqu\u00edmetros, fortaleciendo capacidades de coordinaci\u00f3n, liderazgo y despliegue t\u00e1ctico.<\/p>\n<p>Es Licenciado en Derecho y ha participado en la 175\u00aa Promoci\u00f3n del Curso de Desarrollo Nacional en la Universidad de Defensa Nacional en la Rep\u00fablica de China (Taiw\u00e1n), adem\u00e1s de haber recibido el T\u00edtulo Honor\u00edfico de \u201cDoctor Honoris Causa\u201d por su labor en beneficio del liderazgo social, la educaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo sustentable.<\/p>\n<p>El secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica destac\u00f3 que este nombramiento responde a la necesidad de consolidar una Polic\u00eda Estatal con mayor eficiencia operativa, disciplina institucional y visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica, orientada a resultados inmediatos y
