{"id":12271,"date":"2026-01-21T10:41:14","date_gmt":"2026-01-21T16:41:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=12271"},"modified":"2026-01-21T10:41:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T16:41:14","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-dos-presuntos-rusos-de-acapulco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=12271","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a dos presuntos \u201crusos\u201d de Acapulco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica inform\u00f3 que obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de dos hombres por la probable comisi\u00f3n de los delitos de posesi\u00f3n de cartuchos, cargadores, y contra la salud en su modalidad de posesi\u00f3n de clorhidrato de metanfetamina con fines de comercio.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en materia de Delincuencia Organizada aportara los datos de prueba necesarios, el Juez les impuso medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa a Leonardo y V\u00edctor Manuel, alias El Profe, quienes fueron ingresados en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Chilpancingo. Adem\u00e1s, otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos fueron detenidas como parte de las acciones coordinadas por el Gabinete de Seguridad del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, espec\u00edficamente por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC), Secretar\u00eda de Marina (Marina) y Guardia Nacional (GN) en coordinaci\u00f3n con personal de la FEMDO y peritos adscritos al Centro Federal Pericial Forense (CFPF).<\/p>\n<p>La fuerza conjunta ejecut\u00f3 el pasado 12 de enero una orden judicial de cateo en un domicilio ubicado en la llamada Zona Diamante de Acapulco de Ju\u00e1rez, en donde se logr\u00f3 el aseguramiento de un arma de fuego, cargadores abastecidos, cartuchos, clorhidrato de metanfetamina, diversos objetos del delito, as\u00ed como el domicilio cateado.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con fuentes federales, ambas personas ahora detenidas est\u00e1n vinculadas directamente a un grupo delictivo que opera en Acapulco y que son denominados como \u201cLos Rusos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado oficial, la instituci\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que a los procesados se les presume inocentes,
