{"id":1220,"date":"2021-08-09T20:17:22","date_gmt":"2021-08-10T01:17:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=1220"},"modified":"2021-08-09T20:17:22","modified_gmt":"2021-08-10T01:17:22","slug":"sigue-la-revolucion-en-el-tribunal-electoral-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=1220","title":{"rendered":"Sigue la revoluci\u00f3n en el tribunal electoral federal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.-<\/strong> El magistrado Reyes Rodr\u00edguez Mondrag\u00f3n renunci\u00f3 a la Presidencia del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n luego de que cinco de siete de sus compa\u00f1eros lo nombraron en el cargo, tras remover a Jos\u00e9 Luis Vargas, hace cinco d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>En una carta hecha p\u00fablica, el magistrado declin\u00f3 dirigir el TEPJF y se pronunci\u00f3 que haya un proceso transparente en el que participen todos los integrantes de la Sala Superior.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa presidencia tiene que nacer del amplio consenso de quienes integran al tribunal, y de un proceso que incluya las voces de todas las y los magistrados que integran el pleno. Desafortunadamente esto no se dio as\u00ed en la sesi\u00f3n pasada\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A cinco d\u00edas de asumir el cargo, y tras reunirse, junto con sus compa\u00f1eros y con el presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, Reyes Mondrag\u00f3n hizo un llamado a la reconciliaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n llam\u00f3 a crear una comisi\u00f3n interna que pueda resolver la crisis interna, pues consider\u00f3 que parte de los conflictos del Tribunal Electoral est\u00e1n asociados a la falta de reglas claras en la administraci\u00f3n y toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo que propongo es la creaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n de reconstrucci\u00f3n institucional que tenga como objetivo una revisi\u00f3n de los procesos y, la emisi\u00f3n de reglas claras, respecto del gobierno interno del tribunal, que fortalezca las reglas de colegialidad y sobre todo que contribuya a fortalecer la independencia judicial, alineando nuestros objetivos a la reciente reforma judicial\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n<p>Horas antes, el magistrado Jos\u00e9 Luis Vargas propuso a los otros integrantes de la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n una reuni\u00f3n para \u201cdefinir una salida jur\u00eddica y pol\u00edtica\u201d a la situaci\u00f3n que enfrenta el TEPJF.<\/p>\n<p>Esto, tras el encuentro que mantuvo con el ministro presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN), Arturo Zald\u00edvar.<\/p>\n<p>El tribunal electoral federal mantiene pendientes de resoluci\u00f3n diversas controversias sobre las elecciones recientes en 15 entidades del pa\u00eds, entre ellas la de la gubernatura del estado de Guerrero. Pese a ello, el gobernador saliente ya ha tenido dos reuniones con la gobernadora entrante, a pesar de que su partido y el PRD tienen la controversia
