{"id":11621,"date":"2025-12-11T07:30:26","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T13:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=11621"},"modified":"2025-12-11T07:33:02","modified_gmt":"2025-12-11T13:33:02","slug":"atras-de-la-raya-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=11621","title":{"rendered":"Atr\u00e1s de la raya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Heliodoro Cerros Flores<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8756 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/heliodoro-cerros.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/heliodoro-cerros.jpg 539w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/heliodoro-cerros-229x300.jpg 229w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>La gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda acudir\u00e1 este jueves a la ciudad de M\u00e9xico para presentarle a la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo las iniciativas de ley que aprob\u00f3 el Congreso del Estado contra el delito de extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n, la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo sostendr\u00e1 este jueves una reuni\u00f3n en la CDMX con las y los gobernadores de las 32 entidades federativas del pa\u00eds para consolidar la Estrategia Nacional contra la Extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo hab\u00eda solicitado a las y los titulares de los Poderes Ejecutivos estatales que se implementaran los trabajos de coordinaci\u00f3n con los miembros de los poderes legislativos para la homologaci\u00f3n de la Ley contra la Extorsi\u00f3n que se aprob\u00f3 recientemente en la C\u00e1mara de Senadores y Diputados a nivel federal.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, este jueves, los diputados de las diferentes fracciones parlamentarias del Congreso del Estado, aprobaron de manera un\u00e1nime cuatro iniciativas de reformas, adiciones y\u00a0\u00a0 derogaciones de la Ley 179 del Sistema de Seguridad P\u00fablica Estatal que canaliz\u00f3 al Poder Legislativo la gobernadora, Evelyn Salgado Pineda.<\/p>\n<p>Los dict\u00e1menes, que contemplan reformas, adiciones y derogaciones a diversas disposiciones de la Ley 179 del Sistema de Seguridad P\u00fablica a los art\u00edculos 243 y 244 del C\u00f3digo Penal, al art\u00edculo 28 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, as\u00ed como al art\u00edculo 175 de la Ley 847 de Ejecuci\u00f3n Penal, todos del Estado de Guerrero, fueron emitidos por las Comisiones de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Justicia y de Estudios Constitucionales y Jur\u00eddicos.<\/p>\n<p>Para fundamentar los dict\u00e1menes de referencia ante la sesi\u00f3n plenaria del Congreso del Estado, participaron la diputada, Ma. Del Pilar Vadillo, a nombre de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica; el diputado Carlos Eduardo Bello Solano, a nombre de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia; la diputada Gloria Citlali Calixto Jim\u00e9nez, a nombre de la Comisi\u00f3n de Estudios Constitucionales y Jur\u00eddicos; y el diputado Joaqu\u00edn Badillo Escamilla, a nombre de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed, se reconoce la participaci\u00f3n del presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica (JUCOPO) de la CXIV Legislatura, el diputado Jes\u00fas Uri\u00f3stegui Garc\u00eda, por Impulsar y alcanzar los acuerdos respectivos para que las iniciativas que canaliz\u00f3 al Poder Legislativo la gobernadora, Evelyn Salgado Pineda, fueran aprobadas de manera un\u00e1nime por los legisladores de todas las fracciones parlamentarias.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, y pocos minutos despu\u00e9s de que se clausuraron los trabajos de la segunda sesi\u00f3n parlamentaria, alrededor de las 17:30 horas, la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda \u201creconoci\u00f3 al Congreso del Estado de Guerrero por aprobar por unanimidad cuatro iniciativas enviadas por el Ejecutivo para reforzar el combate a la extorsi\u00f3n, las cuales representan un avance decisivo para fortalecer el marco jur\u00eddico y consolidar la estrategia estatal frente a este delito de alto impacto\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En su comunicado, la mandataria estatal subray\u00f3 que estas reformas \u201ccolocan al centro a las personas y su derecho a vivir libres de miedo\u201d, al tiempo de reconocer el compromiso de las diputadas y diputados para avanzar hacia un sistema de seguridad y justicia m\u00e1s eficaz, humano y transparente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy Guerrero avanza con leyes m\u00e1s fuertes, modernas y alineadas a los desaf\u00edos actuales. Agradezco al Congreso del Estado su responsabilidad y visi\u00f3n para aprobar estas reformas que fortalecen nuestra lucha frontal contra la extorsi\u00f3n\u201d, expres\u00f3 la
