diputados el tercer secretario de Hacienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.- <\/strong>Con 319 votos a favor y 53 en contra, la C\u00e1mara de Diputados ratific\u00f3 el nombramiento de Rogelio Ram\u00edrez de la O como nuevo titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico en el gobierno federal.<\/p>\n<p>Este es el tercer nombramiento de un titular de la SHCP que se da en el primer trienio del gobierno de Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n<p>Arturo Herrera estuvo de 2019 a 2020 al frente de dicha secretar\u00eda, pero dej\u00f3 el cargo para irse al Banco de M\u00e9xico, y Carlos Urz\u00faa fue el secretario de diciembre de 2018 a julio de 2019, pues dej\u00f3 la dependencia por presuntas diferencias con el mandatario federal.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las primeras acciones que deber\u00e1 hacer Ram\u00edrez de la O ser\u00e1 enviar a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados el 8 de septiembre el Paquete Econ\u00f3mico 2022, el cual, asegur\u00f3, ser\u00e1 austero y sin aumentar las tasas de los impuestos que existen ni crear nuevos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos de convencidos que tenemos margen para dar esta certidumbre y al mismo tiempo acomodar las necesidades de gasto siempre con un criterio de austeridad\u201d, dijo en su comparecencia en San L\u00e1zaro.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 que la encomienda que le dio el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador al proponerlo de la SHCP es consolidar la transformaci\u00f3n del proyecto econ\u00f3mico que inici\u00f3 en diciembre de 2018, cuando el tabasque\u00f1o tom\u00f3 protesta como mandatario federal.<\/p>\n<p>En la discusi\u00f3n, el panista Rigoberto Mares mencion\u00f3 que las decisiones econ\u00f3micas del pa\u00eds carecen de continuidad y de resultados, por lo que le preocupa que la figura de secretario de Hacienda contin\u00fae como alguien que s\u00f3lo valida los deseos del presidente L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n<p>El priista Fernando Galindo coment\u00f3 que en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os se han tomado decisiones que han producido malos resultados econ\u00f3micos, lo cual se ha traducido en un incremento en el n\u00famero de familias en condici\u00f3n de pobreza.<\/p>\n<p>En caso contrario legisladores de Morena, PT, PES y PVEM aprobaron la ratificaci\u00f3n de Ram\u00edrez de la O al decir que re\u00fane
