{"id":11105,"date":"2025-11-06T08:03:44","date_gmt":"2025-11-06T14:03:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/?p=11105"},"modified":"2025-11-06T08:05:35","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T14:05:35","slug":"enfoque-84","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/?p=11105","title":{"rendered":"Enfoque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Carlos D\u00edaz Figueroa<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8689 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/carlos-diaz-figueroa1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"228\" srcset=\"https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/carlos-diaz-figueroa1.jpg 668w, https:\/\/expresionesguerrero.com.mx\/expresioneswp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/carlos-diaz-figueroa1-263x300.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Celebra la UAGro una reforma para el futuro<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con la aprobaci\u00f3n del Congreso del Estado de la reforma a la Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Guerrero (UAGro), se consolida una decisi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica que prioriza el inter\u00e9s colectivo y el fortalecimiento institucional por encima de cualquier inter\u00e9s particular.<\/p>\n<p>Este acto representa un ejercicio maduro de respeto a la autonom\u00eda universitaria y sienta las bases para una nueva etapa de desarrollo en la m\u00e1xima casa de estudios de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma, originada en el seno del Consejo Universitario \u2014el m\u00e1ximo \u00f3rgano de gobierno de la UAGro\u2014 y aprobada por unanimidad el pasado 9 de septiembre, establece dos cambios fundamentales: la eliminaci\u00f3n de la reelecci\u00f3n inmediata para rector y directores de unidades acad\u00e9micas y la ampliaci\u00f3n del periodo de gesti\u00f3n de cuatro a seis a\u00f1os para rector\u00eda y direcciones, as\u00ed como de dos a tres a\u00f1os para consejeros maestros.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante destacar que estas modificaciones entrar\u00e1n en vigor hasta 2027, con lo cual se garantiza su aplicaci\u00f3n prospectiva, sin beneficiar a autoridades en funciones.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta actualizaci\u00f3n normativa, impulsada mediante la iniciativa de la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda, se fortalece la vida institucional en varios sentidos: se alinea la ley universitaria con los principios de no reelecci\u00f3n y democracia interna; se dota de mayor certidumbre a la planeaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica y de investigaci\u00f3n; y se despejan especulaciones infundadas sobre las intenciones detr\u00e1s del cambio.<\/p>\n<p>Lejos de buscar prolongar mandatos, lo que se busca es otorgar continuidad a proyectos de impacto en docencia, infraestructura e investigaci\u00f3n, que por su naturaleza requieren horizonte de mediano plazo.<\/p>\n<p>El rector Javier Salda\u00f1a Almaz\u00e1n ha manifestado, en todo momento, su compromiso con una transici\u00f3n normativa ordenada y en estricto apego a la autonom\u00eda. Su postura refleja coherencia con el esp\u00edritu de la reforma: modernizar la instituci\u00f3n, fortalecer su capacidad jur\u00eddica y acad\u00e9mica, y garantizar que la UAGro se consolide como un espacio de excelencia educativa al servicio de Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy, la comunidad universitaria celebra no solo una reforma legal, sino un paso firme hacia la estabilidad, la transparencia y el
