procesan por portaci\u00f3n de armamento y drogas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de una persona por su presunta responsabilidad en los delitos de contra la salud en la modalidad de posesi\u00f3n de metanfetamina y marihuana, as\u00ed como portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego, posesi\u00f3n de cartuchos y cargadores de uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito, Armada y Fuerza A\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en materia de Delincuencia Organizada, la FGR obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n en contra de An\u00edbal Ch\u00e1vez Ram\u00edrez, quien fuera detenido en d\u00edas pasados en el puerto de Acapulco en posesi\u00f3n de un arma de fuego larga y otra corta, ambos de uso exclusivo para las fuerzas armadas, cinco cargadores y 185 cartuchos \u00fatiles, adem\u00e1s de metanfetamina y marihuana.<\/p>\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 como resultado del trabajo coordinado del Gabinete de Seguridad del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC), Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Defensa), Secretar\u00eda de Marina (Marina), Guardia Nacional (GN) y la FGR.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n (MPF) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba para que un Juez del Centro de Justicia Penal Federal con sede en Acapulco decretara la vinculaci\u00f3n por los delitos referidos y la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa en el Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Chilpancingo.<\/p>\n<p>La autoridad del Poder Judicial tambi\u00e9n otorg\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica un plazo de tres meses para la investigaci\u00f3n
