Times.<\/p>\n<p>Sin precisar la fecha cuando Trump habr\u00eda firmado dicha orden ejecutiva de desplegar, fuentes familiarizadas dijeron al diario estadounidense que el Pent\u00e1gono ya est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ando opciones de\u00a0ataque\u00a0contra grupos en Am\u00e9rica Latina que incluyen al menos\u00a0seis c\u00e1rteles mexicanos\u00a0del narcotr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa orden establece una base oficial para la posibilidad de operaciones militares directas en el\u00a0mar y en territorio extranjero\u00a0contra los c\u00e1rteles\u00bb, dice la nota del diario neoyorquino publicada esta ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abOficiales militares estadounidenses han comenzado a elaborar opciones sobre c\u00f3mo las fuerzas armadas podr\u00edan perseguir a los grupos, seg\u00fan informaron las personas familiarizadas con las conversaciones, que hablaron bajo condici\u00f3n de anonimato para poder hablar sobre las delicadas deliberaciones internas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sin proveer detalle sobre la naturaleza de los ataques, el diario destaca la decisi\u00f3n de EU de febrero\u00a0para designar al C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa, el Cartel del Golfo, el C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n, el C\u00e1rtel del Noreste, a la Nueva Familia Michoacana y a los C\u00e1rteles Unidos como base legal de la\u00a0orden secreta de Trump.<\/p>\n<p>En la designaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n fueron incluidos la Mara Salvatrucha y el Tren de Aragua, pero m\u00e1s recientemente en julio el Departamento de Estado tambi\u00e9n design\u00f3 como terrorista as\u00ed al llamado C\u00e1rtel de los Soles, presunta organizaci\u00f3n criminal dirigida por el presidente venezolano Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/p>\n<p>En abril pasado, la\u00a0presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum,\u00a0confirm\u00f3 haber rechazado a aceptar el despliegue de tropas estadounidenses en territorio mexicano para combatir a los c\u00e1rteles durante una llamada telef\u00f3nica sostenida con el presidente Trump. pero acept\u00f3
